Key Responsibilities:
Ability to drive CxO level conversations, present to senior leadership on Cloud and DevSecOps offering.
Covert business requirements into technology solutions and forefront customers in technology and business requirements
Present CXO level deliverables, presentation, and solutions at the leadership level
In depth Understanding and ability to perform of Cloud Strategy assessment, Application portfolio Rationalization cloud landing zone build and cloud migrations.
Understanding and ability to to perform DevOps maturity assessment.
Drive the adoption of infrastructure-as-code practices, utilizing tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to deploy and manage cloud services.
Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure leveraging Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- CI/CD tool administration, installation, and maintenance
- Understanding of Containerization management platforms like Hashicorp , Palette , Rancher etc.
Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems for Kubernetes clusters and applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to Kubernetes and containerization, evaluating their potential impact on cloud infrastructure.
Understanding of SRE practices and everything as-a-code
Strong Knowledge of Cloud AWS/Azure/GCP CLI/PowerShell/SDK/Bash
Strong understanding of Cloud native container technology AKS/EKS/GKE & PaaS Services ECS Fargate etc.
Abilit to manage small team of 2-5 people
Qualifications and Skills:
Total 15+ years and relevant 7+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role, with a strong focus on Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Ability to migrate as-is , containerize and modernize infra for medium-large scale transformations
Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, SRE concepts, including deployments, services, administration, DevOps assessment
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Terraform / ARM / JSON/ Python/ Bash, or Go.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including managing Kubernetes clusters on these platforms.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Argo CD) and their integration with Kubernetes.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform for managing Kubernetes infrastructure.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on automating repetitive tasks.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
